Organic farming is a fresh way of thinking about the way we produce food, it also ensures that the industry remains sustainable, which in turn helps with the long-term fertility of the soil. An additional benefit is that it uses less of the earth's limited resources to produce high quality, tasty and nutritious food.

By controlling weeds through mechanical methods rather than relying on pesticides and using crop rotations and other methods, pests and diseases become less of a problem as the plants’ biodiversity increases.

In addition, fertilizers are never used; instead organic farmers encourage growth through the use of compost and ground rock minerals. So why would anyone not want organic? We’re not sure, all The Walnut Club can do is challenge you to taste the difference.
