We carefully select our background and live music to complement the overall Walnut Club restaurant experience; we hope you will find it is not only chilled out and relaxing, but that there’s also a funky edge to it.

We play live music every Friday and Saturday, starting around 7:30pm and finishing around 11:00pm.

From popular Jazz & Swing, to Rat Pack crooner style, talented live bands are playing at The Walnut Club restaurant and outside catering service most weekends.

Bands like Black Coffee, a five piece with an amazing female vocalist, playing jazz classics like Summertime, are regulars at the Walnut Club, ensuring that our customers have music to match the food and surroundings.

The Dizzy Club (pictured left) - are one of the countries leading jazz artists from Sheffield, playing to crowds of 10,000 in Sheffield last year, their unique style of jazz is very upbeat and you will be hooked once you hear them, they are the rock stars of the jazz world! ;-)

Eloise Short - is fresh, vibrant and introduces upbeat jazz as she mixes old classics and new chart songs.. appeals to younger jazz fans!

Karen Lake - is our classic jazz female artist with a strong & sultry voice, think Ella Fitzgerald and Nina Simone in one, she has great stage presence, you wont know to eat or just listen to her!

Simon Peat - was the owner of the famous jazz club in Sheffield 111 and closed it down to focus on his music, he will be touring with Amy Winehouse in Sept, he is well renowned throughout the UK.

J.Black is one of the regions most noted pianists and old fingers himself will mesmerise you with his amazing range of great music.. a must listen to on Sunday afternoon!
